Johnny Depp as new Thin Man?

You know, sometimes I think certain remakes are a good idea, especially if the movie is ripe for an updating. Then there are other movies that should probably be left alone, and I think the old William Powell starrer The Thin Man is one of them. Oh well, we know that Hollywood can never leave a good script alone until they've managed to pretty much ruin it for everybody.
